Cardiff City have offered a trial to Slovakian International Maro? Klimpl who will join up with the squad shortly for an initial 1 week period.

Klimpl is a defender whom Wales fans may remember from a recent 5-2 win for Wales with Craig Bellamy tearing the Slovak defence and Klimpl in particular to shreds.
The big centre-half had been on loan with Motehrwell last season and has been allowed to leave current parent club FC Midtjylland.

Klimpl has also played as a midfielder but is primarily a centre-half – a position the Bluebirds desperately need to strengthen. Mark Hudson looks close to a move but City will still need another option as we seek to replace Roger Johnson and Darren Purse.

Klimpl was though to be close to a move to the SPL with Motherwell previously interested and Aberdeen also considering a move. However, he seems likely to delay any move until after his chance to impress Dave Jones.
