DAVE JONES launched a scathing attack on Michael Chopra after he was sent off during Cardiff City`s 1 – 0 loss to QPR.

Chopra was shown a second yellow card following some argy-bargy with QPR keeper Lee Camp after the game and Jones urged his player to ‘grow-up’:

Jones said, ‘It will be dealt with in house.’

‘It`s a stupid thing to do. It`s absolutely crazy.’

‘He should have just walked of the pitch.’

‘You shake hands. You do battle and you shake hands I don`t care if u like the fella or you don`t.’

‘Chops needs to grow up a little bit more than that’

He is now ruled out of the rest of the season through suspension and, if the transfer rumours are to be believed, he may have played his last game for the Bluebirds.

Chopra has just one goal since February and the ban allows Warren Feeney to stake a place for next season.
