Cardiff City’s trio of young starlets have all been called up to the full Wales squad for a friendly against Iceland tonight.
Joe Ledley is an old hand in the senior squad, with performances and experience belieing his years.
Aaron Ramsey and Darcy Blake also feature, having been called up from the U21s where both have excelled under Brian Flynn’s stewardship. Both are talented already, with plenty of promise for the future.
These call-ups indicate the progression and advances made by Wales, and the part Cardiff City is playing in the development of new and exciting talent. None of the three would look out of place wearing the red shirt, whilst there is a great deal of potential for further development.
