Team for Barnet

Howard, Jacobson, Weston, Loovens, Johnson, Parry, McKoy, Flood, Kamara, Campbell, Glombard

Margetson, Thompson, McNaughton, Blake, McPhail or Ledley


Loovens & Johnson will be our 1st choice partnership while Purse if suspended and have very little playing time together so the Barnet game will be useful to give them game time together. Parry has looked sharp but needs goals or assists to oust Joe Ledley when Gilbert returns, McKoy and Flood form a new central midfield partnership full of determination and tough tackling so will be looking to the pace of Parry and Kamara on the wings for creativity.

Up front Glombard and Campbell both on the fringe of the first team but with plenty to prove if they are to replace Thompson or Chopra.

This team should be strong enough to see off Barnet but the added quality on the bench would certainly allow for a good quality opponent and ensure we keep the momentum going whilst not risking anyone too much for Saturday’s crunch game.
