It may be that Cameron Jerome could be on his way to Anglia after reports suggest that Norwich City are willing to stump up the £3.5 million asking price set by Sam Hammam.

Two bids have already been rejected from Sheffield United and they have been put off by Hammam?s valuation, but there is speculation that Nigel Worthington likes the player so much that he could be willing to match that sort of price tag, or near to it.

When Hammam set the price for the England U-21 international, most scoffed but it did not stop Worthington having scouts out to watch the player.

The £3.5 million would not be forthcoming all at once though, reports say that there would be an initial offer of a £2 million down payment with add ons that could see the Bluebirds receive the other £1.5million after a promotion and international honours.

Hammam has maintained that Jerome will be staying at Cardiff, but he could be moved to selling could a good enough offer be made which would enable team strengthening.
