Cardiff City manager Dave Jones was please with the win, and clean sheet but bemoaned his side’s lack of goals despite a 2-0 victory at Coventry City. Jones told BBC Sport:

‘How we didn’t come in 5-0 at half time was unbelievable.’

‘We kept going in the second half and we upped the tempo.’

‘It was important to come here and get the three points.’

Coventry City boss was full of praise for the Bluebirds:

“I haven`t seen a better team in the Championship this season,”

“We couldn`t live with them and they have a real chance of going up.”

“They have still got a game in hand on the teams above them and there is no reason they can`t catch the top three and grab one of the automatic places. I certainly wouldn`t right them off.”
