Cardiff City manager Dave Jones was disappointed with the solitary point and believed his side has thrown a good cahcne away. He told BBC SPort:

‘It was a scrappy first-half as Coventry came out like men possessed but after our second-half display, we are disappointed that we’ve only picked up a point.’

‘We have thrown away a good opportunity for a win with the possession and chances we had, we should have scored one.’

‘Yet after successive defeats, this point might just be the catalyst we need to kick-start us again.’

Coventry City caretaker John Harbin paid tribute to his team, and the quality of Cardiff City as he happily settled for a point:

‘I am happy with the result and I think it was about right.’

‘Cardiff are a very good team, one of our scouts said they were one of the best teams he had seen in this league, so I am very pleased.’

With all the strikers you have it is a mystery why you can only score 1 or 2 goals in a game?

its simple, really because we got hasslebaink who is the big, hold up striker that doesnt work. and we got the midfielder who is playing up front for us. its discusting to pay them £25,000 a week each
