Cardiff City have a multitude of strikers at the club, some experienced, some raw, some big, some natural finishers.
However, we have undoubtedly struggled in attack recently and even with Hasselbaink, Fowler, Thompson, Feeney, MacLean, Byrne and Green at the club, our goals tally is not what it should be and Paul Parry has even been used out of position as an auxiliary striker.
A recent poll, suggested by Vital Cardiff member bluebird04, asked whether we needed a new striker:

The overall feeling is that while a new signing to bolster the attack is needed, it is not likely to happen.
Warren Feeney is out on loan (to Swansea City), Jason Byrne is out-of-favour and Steve Thompson on the transfer list – bids for any of those are likely to be accepted by the club.
A direct pacy striker would add a different edge to our play, shouldn’t be too many clubs looking for those…..

i think its obvious what the fans want. a new striker with an eye for goal
Problem is, every other club in the world wants that !
what we need is to stop selling our top players. if im correct the season after we sold earnie, we struggled to stay in the league, and we had to have paul parry to score a 1-1 draw at gillingham to secure us championship football. now we sell chops and we struggling again. hasslebaink is a lazy waste of money. and fowler cant hit a open goal
