Cardiff City midfielder Willo Flood will be sent to Dundee Untied for another loan spell next season after the two clubs agreed a price for the midfielder.

Flood impressed last season and all three parties were keen on a permanent switch. However, Dundee Utd could not afford the full valuation so a loan deal was agreed. This suits Willo and The Arabs but not necessarily us!

Manager Craig Levein:

‘I am absolutely delighted that Willo will be back,’

‘Making sure that we had Willo for next season has been a priority. If I needed any more convincing that this was a priority, I was made only too aware of how important this was when I attended a supporters’ function at the end of the season and heard nothing but ‘Willo Must Stay’ chants all night, with even the Chairman and Directors joining in!’

We will keep an eye on Willo’s progress over the coming months. Perhaps he still has a future with the Bluebirds….
