Cardiff City Chase Rangers Star Cousin

Cardiff City have switched to other targets since Rangers turned down the bid for Kris Boyd. Perhaps our finances could not afford many scouting trips but we have turned our attention to another Rangers forward – Daniel Cousin.

The 31 year old would still command a large fee and would not be the huge transfer coup Boyd could have been. However, he would be effective at this level and for a reasonable price could prove a good buy.

The player’s agent has confirmed initial interest from Cardiff City, but we have not yet tabled a bid for the Gabon International.

Oh no! Not another 30+ “striker” to puff and trundle his way around a small part of the pitch .. Charlton have snapped up Stuart Fleetwood who we threw away .. I’d rather have Freddy Eastwood than Rangers reject Cousin – but if he’s the only one left on the shelf please don’t pay MORE than 1 million.

I suppose we are lacking a little experience, but this would not seem a good signing. I’d rather have Eastwood too…

Since Freddy said ‘come and get me’ why can’t we do just that?

we already have fowler as a better experienced striker. I agree eastwood should complete our front line unless evans is available

twellman from the mls could be a good option, preston r trying to get him but we r better than them
