Mike Hall, the former Cardiff rugby player, has stepped down from the Cardiff City board.

Hall joined the board as part of a major boardroom shake-up as he is a part of PMG associates, major creditors of the club. His role was mainly to focus on the stadium project and his position has come under scrutiny due to the current legal proceedings against CCFC from Langston.

Cardiff City chairman Peter Ridsdale confirmed the deaparture to the Seouth Wales Echo:

“Mike came onto the club board as part of PMG Associates when the task was to get us to a position where the new stadium project went unconditional,” “That has now been achieved satisfactorily.

“We have an impending court case involving Langston and if anything went wrong and we lost the case then Mike
(as a PMG director) would be in a position of a conflict of interests.’
