Cardiff City are reportedly among several clubs keeping a close eye on Millwall’s flying winger Dave Martin.
City look certain to lose Joe Ledley while the futures of Paul Parry and Peter Whittingham remain in the balance. We certainly need an influx of creativity and attacking intent from midfield and the 24 year old Martin is an exciting prospect in the lower leagues.
He played a big part in Millwall’s good season, seeing them just miss out on promotion through the play-offs casting doubt on the future of several of their top stars.
Martin is know to City defender Mark Kennedy after the pair spent time in the same Crystal Palace side prior to both players leaving in 2008.
