Cardiff City will come up against an already relegated Charlton Athletic tonight with the Addicks suffering somewhat of an injury crisis as they prepare for League One football next term.
Charlton have a key defender, midfielder and striker sidelined in the forms of Jonathan Fortune (Achilles), Jose Semedo (ankle) and Andy Gray (pelvis). Gray is second top scorer this season with 7 goals.
Add to that key midfielder Darren Ambrose and striker Tresor Kandol both rated unlikely to be fit and the Addicks will be without some major players.
As such, a number of younger players will feature including highly rated teenager Jonjo Shelvey. Fellow youngster Tamer Tuna is also ‘fishing’ for a start after making his debut against Blackpool on Saturday.
