Cardiff City defender Gabor Gyepes has won a call-up to the Hungary squad to face San Marino and Finlandd on the 8th and 12th of October respectively.
Gyepes was a suprise inclusion in the starting XI for the opening day draw with Sheffield United, beating off stiff competition from Anthony Gerrard and Darcy Blake. Since then, he has been ever present for the Blubirds and forged a strong partnership with Mark Hudson.
Hopefully Gabor comes back fit and full of confidence following the International break, when new signing Chris Riggott will be nearing fitness and ready to stake a claim to displace Gyepes or Hudson at centre-back.
