Cardiff City have announced that a deal has been SIGNED with the Langstone corporation, a millstone around the neck of our football club for so long.
This essentially means the end of all the games, rumours and oneupmanship between our club and Sam Hammam. The re-structuring deal is thought to be a good deal for all parties and crucially means that no court action is possible over previous supposed non-re-payments.
The upshot is a healthier financial position immediately, and importantly the fact that no legal action is impending makes us wholly more attractive to investors, most notably those linked with malaysian property tycoon Dato Chan.
A fantastic piece of news for the Bluebirds, long awaited but 100% welcome.
