Cardiff City welcome back Captain Craig Bellamy to the side that drew 1-1 with Reading in midweek – the Welshman will operate on the left flank with Peter Whittingham moving infield with McPhail dropped to the bench.
Another welcome return comes in the form of right-back Kevin McNaughton, back after an ankle injury – he replaces Adam Matthews.
