Jones, handed his first Cardiff start of the season with him remaining a Bluebirds player despite all the rumours, was involved in the build up to Mason having a first chance for the home side by Wolves ‘keeper Ikeme saved.

When Mason did have the ball in the net this was disallowed with Jones, who was certainly making an impression, deemed to have fouled Wolves defender Stearman however when Jones (44) headed Fabio’s cross beyond Ikeme a lead was Cardiff’s just before the break.

Jones was forced off just ahead of the hour and on it, having replaced the Trinidadian, Newcastle loanee Ameobi (60) made an immediate impact off the bench when he headed home Dikgacoi’s corner.

If you think you are on the way up you are very, very deluded, we were crap, the worst we have played for over two years.
Cardiff are garbage, Slade would be out of his depth in the conference league, add to this no fans and the future looks bleak.
See were you are in May and were we are!
