Cardiff City FC is not such a stressful club to support according to the first Football Fever Report carried out by Littlewoods Football Pools.

The survey attempts to rank British football league clubs according to how stressful a club they are for fans to support.

The survey takes into account things such as: Manager/board changes, inability to win at home, losing games from a winning position, financial problems and other such irritations for a fan.

The poll lists Cardiff City in the bottom half in terms of stress back in 52nd place (of 92 Football League teams). This may come as a suprise to fans of the club who have suffered pretty badly until the Dave Jones era.

Managers such as Alan Cork, Bobby Gould and ‘Loony’ Lennie Lawrence came and went, crippling financial debts but the problems were offset by promotions and a general improvement in form!

It comes as no suprise that Chelsea, Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool and Yeovil Town (?!?) made up the 5 least stressful clubs to support.
