Cardiff City have struck a deal with local firm ‘Vansdirect’ for the coming season, with the possibility of a further year.
No prizes for guessing what the company does, but they have been associated with the club for some time and have now signed a £250k deal to get their name on the Bluebirds’ shirts for the final season at Ninian Park.
Communications Direct sponored the shirts last season and enjoyed the Cup run immensely, even being offered big money to waive their rights for the final – they rejected the deal and are expected to keep close links with the club.
