Judge: ‘Excellent Chance of Success’

After Cardiff City fought off an initial Langston challenge in court last week, Mr Justice Briggs rejecting application for summary judgement, the residing Judge has also lent his backing to Cardiff City ahead of a full trial.


Official court judgement documents reveal that on the assumed basis (not refuted by Langston lawyers) of Cardiff City’s facts, the club would have an excellent chance of success.

A portion of the judgment read:



‘The Club`s case stands a real prospect of success. On the assumed facts I would expect the Club to succeed.’


This means that Langston would need to disprove Cardiff City’s documentation, which takes up several lever arch files. Langston argues that this evidence was not relevant to a summary judgement, but if the case is taken further – we will know EXACTLY what has been going on, and by who.



Also included in the judgement is the revelation of another figure – associated with Langston – a Phillippe Tischhauser….. anybody know him?!?!
