Cardiff, having already twice led, secured a late three-two win over Bolton in the Championship on Saturday.

Loanee from Charlton Tony Watt scored via the post early on to put Cardiff ahead but Gary Madine soon had Bolton level as he curled in from the edge of the area.

The Bluebirds restored the lead when Scott Malone forced the ball home early in the second half before Dorian Dervite looked to have earned the Trotters a share of the points.

Having let a two-goal lead slip in the draw with Burnley a week earlier Cardiff weren’t letting these points go with Anthony Pilkington volleying home the winner 10-minutes from time..
