Caridff City manager Dave Jones will be forced to make a change to his centre-back pairing for the trip to Barnsley after the news tha Anthony Gerrard is ruled out with a calf strain.
That means that Hungarian Gabor Gyepes will be recalled to the team – his first league start of the season and a welcome boost for the former Northampton Town man who has been frustrated with a lack of opportunities.
Gyepes will partner captain Mark Hudson in the Bluebirds defence and with that being our biggest weakness so far, that duo will look to forge a strong and mean partnership.
