Fowler Snubs Cardiff For Liverpool !

Cardiff City’s new hero and star attraction Robbie Fowler has decided against a move to the City and will instead remain in his luxury pad on Merseyside.

Fowler will instead link up with his fellow Bluebirds for training every day – by helicopter. It is understood that Fowler is set to splash a quarter of a million pounds on a luxury helicopter and commute by air to Cardiff each day.

The flight will take not too long over an hour (depending on traffic), meaning that Fowler wont have too much trouble being on time and won’t have to relocate himself or his young family.

This is a similar arrangement to that of Michael Owen, who helicopters himself from North Wales to Newcastle on a daily basis.

VitalCardiff will hazard a guess that Fowler is the first Cardiff City player to take up this kind of arrangement. Former midfielder Graham Kavanagh reportedly took a helicopter out of the club, but I cant see any of the current or previous squads owning their own helicopter!
