Former Cardiff City goalkeeper David Forde has agreed a 2 year deal with Millwall after being released from the Bluebirds.

The Irishman barely featured for us, despite costing a fee, and Dave Jones brought in loan options to the goalkeeping division while Forde was himslef loaned out.

Scottish clubs, including Dundee United, and Bournemouth were keen on securing his services but the 28 year old opted to join the Lions.

Cardiff City have secured Tom Heaton on loan from Manchester United, while Peter Enckelman is expected to agree a deal and young Polish stopper Erwin Sak will complete our ‘keeping options for the next campaign.
