Cardiff City’s trip to Anfield to face Liverpool FC in the Carling Cup fourth round has now been scheduled for Wednesday, 31 October 2007, kick-off 19:45.
The original date was set to be Tuesday 30th but Liverpool’s Premiership game against Arsenal is on Sunday and the Reds need the extra day to prepare.
Cardiff City were due to face Blackpool on the friday, but this game has now been re-arranged following a denied request to switch it back to the Saturday.
As a result of the fixture change, any fans who have already arranged accomodation in Blackpool will be re-imbursed by the club – with Cardiff City hoping to re-claim money from the football league.
