Cardiff City midfielder Malvin Kamara has labelled fellow Bluebird Kevin Campbell ‘an absolute legend’ recognising the ex-Arsenal man’s willingness to help the younger players at the club.

Campbell is an experienced professional and was brought to Cardiff to add strength to the attacking line-up. He has yet to score after starting 3 games and appearing as substitute in 14 more. Whilst yet to make an impression on the pitch it seems that Campbell’s influence off the pitch is exemplary with rival striker Steven Thompson recently praising Campbell’s contribution to his game.

The Bluebirds’ right winger Malvin Kamara, a new player at the club following a summer switch from MK Dons, has added his thanks to Campbell. Speaking on his icons.com website, Kamara said of his teammate:

‘He talks to me a lot on the football side of the things, so he gives me tips on how I can harness my potential.’

‘Kev looks after everyone here, especially the younger lads.’
