Former Cardiff City winger Malvin Kamara has spoken of his delight following a move to Huddersfield Town on a 2 year deal.
Kamara spend the latter part of last season on loan with Port Vale and hoped to earn a permanent contract after impressing with the Valiants.
Malvin has revealed that talks with his Cardiff City team-mates helped him decide to choose Huddersfield. Speaking on his icons.com homepage, Kamara said:
‘I asked my former Cardiff City team-mates Michael Chopra and Stephen McPhail what they thought of Huddersfield manager Andy Ritchie onve I knew of his interest and both of them did not hesitate in recommending that I work with him. They had nothing but praise for him.’
Both players worked with Ritchie in their spells at Barnsley and obviously see him as a good manager.
Best of luck to Malvin who showed glimpses of talent and a great atttitude whilst at Cardiff City.
