ALEXANDER: 7
Did nothing wrong and not at fault for either goal. Few other action to deal with. Still no penalty save.

WRIGHT: 7
Calm and committed, did really well until he made way in 2nd half. Conservative approach but solid enough.

GUNTER:7
Full of running an energy, very effective performance and desperately unlucky to concede penalty.

PURSE: 7
Two goals and a strong performance but both ITFC goals came from poor corner organisation.(M.O.M.)

JOHNSON: 6
Fine in the air but looked more vulnerable on the ground. Quietly effective but failed to dominate.

McNAUGHTON: 7
Asked to switch again and looked so comfortable in midfield. Did everything asked and one brilliant late surge left 3 in his wake. Another good performance.

LEDLEY: 6
Failed to impose himself at all as the game passed him by at times. A little uncomfortable in the centre as the creativity was missing but made some decent challenges and never stopped running

SCIMECA: 6
Defensively sound but unable to drive forward as earlier in the season. Threatened to dominate at times but never quite made it.

KAMARA: 5
Defensively poor and lacked positional awareness. Tried hard in attack but too often ran away from support and the final ball was inadequate throughout.

CAMPBELL: 5
Preferred to Thompson but only good for holding up the ball. No joy in the air and still looks off the pace.

CHOPRA: 6
Tried hard but looks unconfident, the intelligent runs were less frequent as he was forced to feed off scraps. No clear chances.

Subs:

THOMPSON: Made a difference and won penalty but unable to provise any quality ball and never threatened to score himself.

GLOMBARD: Lively out-of-position but no direct threat to Ipswich.

COOPER: Made little impact, some neat touches but no telling contributions.
