Cardiff City have enjoyed a fantastic run of results of late, in spark contrast to previous seasons whereby early season form usually tailed off dramatically in November.

Wins over the likes of Nottingham Forest and Birmingham City have helped us consolidate 3rd place in the Championship while a Carling Cup win over Premiership opposition in Blackburn Rovers was also a great acheivement.

As a result of the recent form in November, 13 points from 5 games, manager Malky Mackay has been named manager of the month for November.

Influential midfielder Peter Whittingham was also shortlisted, but missed out to Doncaster Rovers striker Billy Shapr.

Congratulations to Malky and the team, hopefully the current form can be extended yet further – starting with a tricky away trip to Millwall tomorrow.
