Cardiff City could again be set to turn North of the border for their next transfer as they court Rangers promising talent Chris Burke.

We watched Burke several times last season and were linked with a move, but with Wayne Routledge having jumped ship to join QPR and Joe Ledley finding a new home in central midfield – we are now short of a wideman.

Burke has great skill and is able to beat his man and looked to be a good prospect at Ibrox until hit by an ankle injury. Although now fully fit, he has found it hard to regain his place.

Burke recently turned 25, has 95 starts for Rangers and has won two caps for his national side. Burke was recently listed in the Vital Cardiff Forum as being linked with a move to Cardiff City. Click here to read the most recent list – and add any rumours you may have heard!
