Cardiff City’s season ticket sales this season have soared, thanks in no small part to the big-name acquisition of Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler.

A recent poll on this Vital Cardiff City site asked readers their status and whether they would be purchasing a season ticket for the coming campaign:

Yes. (51%)
No, not getting one. (45%)
Still Deciding. (2%)
Keep Meaning To. (2%)

A pretty even split then between those who already have their tickets, and those who have decided against a season ticket. Vitually all those who want one, got theirs early and the club have few ‘floating’ punters who could be convinced.

Approximately half the readers of this website have a season ticket, indicating that we attract many of the die hard fans rather than the so called ‘armchair” fans who turned up for 1 or 2 big games last season.

Many fans are looking at this season with renewed optimism and look forward to another exciting season hopefully ending in a push for promotion.
