Cardiff City and captain Craig Bellamy will have to wait until 16th March to hear whether they will face disciplinary action following fractious scenes following the 2-2 draw with Reading earlier this month.

Reading have already been fined for failing to control their players, while Mikele Leigertwood picked up a 3 match ban for a punch on Michael Chopra.

Bellamy is alledged to have thrown a water bottle at fellow Welshman Simon Church and could be looking at a similar ban. The charges will be heard by the FAW on 16th March. A statment on the FAW website read:

A Disciplinary Panel of the Football Association of Wales will be convened on the 16th March 2011 to consider the disciplinary charges preferred against Cardiff City FC and Craig Bellamy in relation to the allegations that arose from the Football League Championship match, Cardiff City v Reading played on 1st February 2011
