Cardiff City fans want to see the return of Tony Capaldi to the starting line-up should regular left-back Mark Kennedy miss out with a thigh strain.
Capaldi has barely featured this term after suffering a knee injury early in the season. He has been kept out of the side ever since but made a substitute appearance against Arsenal at Ninian Park.
Miguel Comminges has been the stand-in when kennedy has missed out previously and the Guadeloupan came on during the 3-0 win over Doncaster. However, doubts remain about Comminges’ positioning and unpredictability while he also looks less than comfortable on the left side of defence.
A recent poll on this Cardiff City website revealed fans opinions on who should replace Kennedy:
Tony Capaldi. 76%
Miguel Comminges. 21%
A.N.Other. 3%
Tony Capaldi has not enjoyed the full backing of fans since a free transfer move from Plymouth Argyle but he remains an experienced player at this level and appears the fans strong favourite to start.
