Barnsley’s assistant manager Ryan kidd has been charged after being sent from the dugout during the first half of Cardiff City’s 3-1 win last week. His boss Simon Davey was also not allowed out for the second half.

The Tykes management and players were constantly arguing with the referee and it did them no favours whatsoever. Their discipline was noticably bad and midfielder Andranik could have been dismissed well before his red card midway through the second half.

Kidd has been charged with improper conduct following the incidents at Ninian Park.
